Sorrentino to turn pro

Giordana Sorrentino, Italian amateur boxing star, is planning to have her professional debut in her home country Italy, in Fiumicino, on October 29th. Sorrentino, a decorated flyweight amateur boxer, has been a multiple Italian amateur Champion and has won a number of international titles.

She competed in the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

Her first professional opponent will be named soon.
