Pena will fight for IBO Continental title on “Boxing Day 2023”

Swiss-Dominican fighter Angelo Pena (7-0) will have his first title fight in professional boxing career. Pena will fight for IBO Continental title in super featherweight on December 26th in Bern, Switzerland.  

Opponent is still to be decided. It will be exactly 50 years since legendary boxer Fritz Chervet won European title.

„I’m motivated, hungry and will win this title for me, for my fans and all Bern”, said Pena.

Promoter and organizer Leander Strupler, is also happy that was possible to arrange this title in Swtizerland.

„I’m honored that we have all capabilities to arrange such a title in Switzerland”, said Strupler.

On „Boxing Day 2023” will fight also names like Chris Mouafo (6-1), Alfred Kqira (9-1), EBU European champion Gabriela Timar (9-1), Nori Jashari (4-0) and Laura Wollenmann (7-1).
