Grzyb defends EBU European Super Bantam champion

Laura Grzyb (10-0) beat British Stevi Levy (9-2) on points and defended the EBU European Super Bantam title.

All three judges saw Grzyb as clear winner in the main fight of the event held on Saturday in Jastrzebie Zdroj, Poland.

Judge Predrag Aleksic rated the fight 99:92, Eric Butel 99:91 and Rainer Schwarz 98:92.

In undercard fights former cruiserweight world champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (63-4-1) won by TKO 7 against Brazilian Fabio Maldonado (29-8), Kamil Gardzielik (17-0) registered a majority decision win against Cuban Yaniel Evander Rivera (8-3-1).

Cuban super-middleweight Ihovsany Rafael Garcia (10-0) continued to impress. He beat via UD in 6 rounds Georgian Iago Kiziria (7-12).

Heavyweight Piotr Lacz (7-0) won by UD against Ukrainian Volodymyr Katsuk.

Tobias Zarzeczny (4-0) won by TKO 2 over Czech fighter Vojtech Majer (4-9) and Hubert Kwapisz (1-0) won by TKO 3 over Moroccan Mohammed Akil (0-1-1).

Show was a co-promotion of Andrzej Wasilewski and Jacek Szelagowski.
