Charlo’s next fight will be a mandatory title defense

WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo (32-0, 22 KO’s) will finally fight again on November 25 after almost two years break.

The fight will be a 10-round super-middleweight bout against Jose Benavidez Jr (28-2-1, 19KO’s), who has spent the majority of his career at welterweight.

WBC decided last week that Charlo will next have to defend his world title against interim champion Carlos Adames (23-1, 18 KO’s).
