WBC orders heavyweight elimination bout between Sanchez and Kabayel

Cuban Frank Sanchez (24-0) will fight German-Turkish boxer (24-0) in WBC eliminator bout. Winner of the fight will fight for the WBC World title, which actually holds Tyson Fury.

Kabayel and Sanchez scored impressive wins in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on December 23.

Kabayel stopped Russian Arslanbek Makhmudov in fourth round. Frank Sanchez stopped Junior Fa in seventh round.

WBC initiated a voluntary negotiating period between representatives of both teams.
