Buatsi drops twice Azeez, wins British and Commonwealth titles

Joshua Buatsi (18-0) dropped twice Dan Azeez (20-1) in round eleven and won convincingly by unanimous decision on Saturday night in Wembley.

The fight between the undefeated fighters was for BBBofC British and Commonwealth Boxing Council titles in light-heavyweight.  Also it was WBA eliminator. Buatsi now would be mandatory challenger of Dmitrii Bivol

After twelve rounds, two of judges scored the bout 117:109 in favor of Buatsi and one of them 116:110 also in favor of Buatsi.
