EBU orders Dubois – Shala for the heavyweight title

Granit Shala, undefeated in 15 fights and pro since 2017, is set to face Daniel „DDD” Dubois, a Top-10 heavyweight with an impressive (20-2-0) record. After Agit Kabayel’s EBU title relinquishment, Shala steps in as the EBU’s co-challenger for the vacant title. Shala is eager for his careers biggest challenge on fighting former WBA Heavyweight World Champion Daniel Dubois. Negotiations with Dubois promoter Frank Warren are ongoing, with a deadline of February 19. If no agreement is reached, the parties will go to purse bid.

Granit Shala is promoted by Agon Sports, and he is training at Munchen club Fight Power Academyy with coach Agron Kurtisi.
