Nakatani stops Santiago in six, becomes three-weight champion

Junto Nakatani (27-0, 20 KO’s) dominated against Alexandro Santiago (28-4-5) of Mexico, stopping him in sixth round and became WBC World bantamweight title.

Nakatani was clearly leading on points in the fight that was held Saturday in Kokugikan, Tokyo. In sixth round he managed to stop Santiago, that was defending the title.

Nakatani became three-weight class world champion. He held before also world titles in super-flyweight and flyweight divisions.
