Jake Paul knocks out Bourland in first round

YouTube star turned professional boxer, Jake Paul (9-1) continued to impress.

Paul on Saturday night in San Juan, Puerto Rico, stopped American Ryan Bourland (17-2) in first round.

Referee Luis Pabon stopped the fight 2:37 minutes in first.

After the fight Paul called out Mexican star Saul “Canelo” Alvarez.

“Canelo, stop ducking, I know you want it. I’m repping Puerto Rico, you’re repping Mexico, so it’s Mexico vs Puerto Rico. I want Canelo. I’m the face of this sport. Who’s doing more for boxing than me?” – Paul said.

In the other fight on the event in San Juan, Jonathan Gonzalez (28-4-1) defended WBO World light-flyweight title. He beat Rene Santiago via unanimous decision.
