Kogasso stops Babic in first round, wins WBC Mediterranean title

Jonathan Kogasso (11-0, 8 KO’s) won the WBC Mediterranean cruiserweight title on Saturday (April 13) in Milano, Italy
Kogasso stopped Serbian living in Sweden, Goran Babic (8-2-2) in first round. Kogasso dropped Babic twice during the fight.

It was one of two WBC Mediterranean titles held in the show in Milano.

Dario Morello (22-2) won the WBC Mediterranean in middleweight, beating his countryman Luca Chiancone (9-1-2) by unanimous decision. All three judges scored the fight 96:94 in favor of Morello.
