Tszyu vs. Ortiz on August 3 in LA

Tim Tszyu and Vergil Ortiz Jr will clash in an anticipated bout on August 3, as part of the undercard for the Terrence Crawford – Israil Madrimov.

The fight will happen in case if Ortiz (20-0, 20 KO) will secure a victory against Thomas Dulorme this Saturday in US.

Tszyu (24-1, 17 KO) recently faced a defeat against Sebastian Fundora on March 31, losing his WBO World super-welterweight title and the unbeaten record. However, his valiant performance in the intense encounter garnered him admiration and attention.

Also in undercard of the event on August 3 will feature Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz and Andy Ruiz Jr making their returns to the ring, alongside a third encounter between Leo Santa Cruz and Abner Mares.
