The first professional boxer who could win against the GOAT himself, Muhammad Ali was Joe Frazier. Frazier was one of the best of his generation and his legendary left hook was feared by everybody. That is why his nickname was “Smokin’ Joe” because after his left hook only smoking ruins remained in the ring…

Here are three interesting facts about the Olympic gold medal winner and the former undisputed world champion:

1.     Joe Frazier once visited US President Richard Nixon and asked him to give Ali his license back so he could fight against him and beat him.

2.     He was a great musician; he had a band named ‘Joe Frazier and the Knockouts’. They had successful tours all over Europe and the USA.

3.     Frazier made a cameo in the famous Rocky movie.
