Baraou will defend EBU title against McGowan

Germany’s Abass Baraou (15-1) will defend his EBU European super-welterweight title on June 14 against Britain’s Macaulay McGowan (20-4-2).

Will be main event of show in Manchester that will be promoted by Wasserman. In co-main event Ryan Kelly (19-4) will face Gerome Warburton (14-1-1) in a 10-rounder.

Baraou won the in March this year beating by majority decision Britain’s Sam Eggington.
