Twenty-six battles were held in the Hell Boxing Kings today

The first event of the new money prize event, the Hell Boxing Kings is underway in Miskolc, Hungary where 26 contests were on the schedule today.

Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, host Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia are the participating 10 countries in the first major event of the Hell Boxing Kings where the boxers have been selected after specific castings.

The Slovakians proved almost a perfect afternoon session in the second competition day, four of their boxers such as Tibor Katona (60kg), Lukas Pastorek (67kg), Lukas Ferneza (75kg) and Lukas Labasko (+91kg) won the contests with superb performance.

Czechia’s Petr Novak has the strong experience from several major championships and the 24-year-old boxer found the best fighting distance quickly in his preliminary bout against Greece’s Christos Sevastos. Novak’s left-handed hook was lethal in the end of the first round and the Greek went down to the floor and the referee confirmed the KO.

Among the Hungarians, Gergo Szaraz (60kg) and Daniel Danyi (67kg) defeated their strong Bosnian and Bulgarian rivals in the second session of the competition. Danyi had the great finish in the third round against Miroslav Farladzhov and the 24-year-old Eger-based boxer won this tight meeting.

Croatia’s Fran Hodak stopped Bosnia & Herzegovina’s Aljbon Daqaj in the first super heavyweight contest of the day before Milosav Savic eliminated Slovakia’s experienced David Michalek in the closest bout of the second session.

Hungary’s European Junior Champion Levente Olah opened the evening session with a success over Bulgaria’s Tsvetan Antov. Romania’s Adrian Gherghel and Serbia’s Veljko Gligoric were the further winners in the evening session at the lightweight (60kg).

Azerbaijan’s Rasim Chobanli and Romania’s returning boxer, Gabriel Podasca won their meetings by knockouts in the evening session and both advanced to the last 16 at the middleweight (75kg).
