Altogether 69 nations qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after the spread of the universality places
Altogether 69 nations and 248 boxers will be competing at the boxing tournament of the Paris Olympics from July 27.
Cape Verde, Haiti, Mali, Montenegro, Mozambique, Palestine, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Zambia received the nine remaining universality spots for the Games.
The International Olympic Committee arranged fourteen competition days and twenty-eight sessions in the boxing event in Paris.
The competition will be held in the North Paris Arena between July 27 and August 4 and after the rest day, the Roland Garros Arena will be the venue from August 6 to decide the medals and the title contests.
None of the nations will be able to send maximum number of 13 boxers to the Olympic Games but five of them have at least 10 athletes such as Australia, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Ireland and Kazakhstan in our sport in Paris.
Europe has 90 qualified boxers ahead of Asia’s 72, while America has 46, Africa 24 and Oceania 15 spots for the Paris Olympics, additionally the Boxing Refugee Team has two quotas.
The ranking of the nations after all of the qualification events based on their number of quotas for the Paris Olympics:
