Ennis vs Chukhadzhian on November 9 for IBF World title

Jaron Ennis (32-0, 29 KOs) will fight Ukraine’s Karen Chukhadzhian (24-2, 13 KOs) on November 9 in Philadelphia for IBF World welterweight title.

It will be the first title defense for Ennis since he became world champion on July this year stopping David Avanesyan in round fight.

It will be second time that Ennis will fight Chukhadzhian. In January last year Ennis beat Chkhadzhian via unanimous decision, by a great margin (all three judges scored 120:108), in the fight for IBF Interim World title.

Chukhadzhian won the right to fight for the world title after beating Britains’ Harry Scarff via unanimous decision in an IBF Eliminator in May this year.
