Spain’s new ace, Yolber Daniel Bendomo overwhelmed his opponent in the evening session

Spain’s 17-year-old Yolber Daniel Bendomo overwhelmed his opponent at the IBA Youth World Boxing Championships in Budva during the ninth session.

DR Congo’s Ben Ndjibu Wa Ndjibu controlled his contest against Slovakia’s Matej Cicmanec and he bagged the next victory for the African country. Ndjibu was stronger and physically better than the Slovakian therefore he is now in the last 16 in Budva and he made the “Les Leopards” proud.

Romania’s Daniel Adrian Grigorie started the first seconds in different rhythm as Bolivia’s Marcelo Andre Cardona and he did not give any chance to his South American opponent in their light welterweight (63.5kg) bout.  

Moldova’s Artiom Tolstoi had a competitive rival in his second contest today but finally he landed enough punches to beat Trinidad & Tobago’s Ishmael Hypolite at the light welterweight (63.5kg). His teammate, Pavel Zadorojniuc had an even harder job against Croatia’s Ivan Jukicic but he had the stamina to win that light heavyweight (80kg) contest.

The Polish boxers are in shape in this championship and their Igor Marek Rondos made another remarkable performance today when he bowed out Turkmenistan’s Abdyrakhman Yklymov at the light heavyweight (80kg).

Spain’s Boxam Tournament winner Yolber Daniel Bandomo destroyed North Macedonia’s Baki Aeti’s defence very quickly in the first round and his opponent’s ringside abandoned the unequal contest in the next light heavyweight (80kg) bout.

Hungary’s Brendon Nemeth has only 32 bouts in his career but he was strongly dominant against Croatia’s Viktor Sejdic at the super heavyweight (+92kg). The next boxer in action in this weight class, Ireland’s Adam Olaniyan stopped his Mexican opponent, Eduardo Contreras in the first round.

Kazakhstan’s new addition to their youth national team, Aslan Yeldibayuly not only controlled his super heavyweight (+92kg) bout against China’s Zhang Da but he knocked out his neighbouring rival.
