Angelo Pena vs. Gisu Lee for WBO Inter-Continental title on December 26

Angelo Pena (10-0) will defend his WBO Inter-Continental super-featherweight title on December 26 in Bern. He will face South-Korean living in Canada, Gisu Lee (12-4).

For Pena is the first title defense. He won the WBO Inter-Continental title on September this year, beating via unanimous decision Japan’s Hiroki Hanabusa.

In co-main event Gabriela Timar (12-2) will fight Venezuelas Yoselin Fernandez (15-5) for WBO International title in minimumweight.

Show will be promoted by Swiss Pro Boxing.

“Although with many difficulties, we still managed to arrange a very attractive fight for the fans”, said the CEO of Swiss Pro Boxing, Leander Strupler.  

In undercard Benoit Huber (9-5) will fight Adnan Deronja (16-9) in a 6-round cruiserweight fight. And Felix Maier (1-0) will be up against Venezuela’s Simon Gonzalez (15-7).
