Lawrence Okolie in talks to fight Luis Ortiz

British heavyweight Lawrence Okolie (21-1, 16 KOs) is in talks to face former heavyweight title contender Luis Ortiz (34-3, 29 KOs), sources told “ESPN”.

Fight is expected to be held in United Kingdom, date was not revealed yet.

Okolie is two-division world champion. He won the world title in cruiserweight and bridgerweight. He is aiming to win title also in heavyweight. He wants to push himself in line for a title shot until end of the year.

Orziz, 45, fought for the heavyweight title in 2018, losing to Deontay Wilder by 10th-round knockout.
