The registrations are still open for the 69th Bocskai Memorial Tournament

The registrations for the upcoming 69th Bocskai Memorial Tournament are still available for all of the National Federations and teams.

The 69th edition of the Bocskai Memorial Tournament will be held in Debrecen, Hungary as all of the previous competitions but the date moved to March 10-16 this time.

Debrecen is located in the Eastern part of the country and it is famous for its boxing schools, historic churches, arts, museums, nice squares and colleges.

The new edition of the Bocskai could be a perfect preparation opportunity for the upcoming main championships of the year and twenty champions will be crowned in Debrecen.

The first competition day of the upcoming Bocskai Memorial Tournament is on March 11 while the finals will be taking place on March 14 and 15.

The Bocskai Memorial Tournament is one of the oldest competitions in the whole world and it has a strong brand name since the 1950s.

Ukraine’s 2021 World Champion, the light middleweight (71kg) star Yuriy Zakharieiev was named as the Best Male Boxer at the 66th, 67th and 68th editions of the Bocskai Memorial Tournament in Debrecen, Hungary in 2022, 2023 and in 2024.

Mongolia’s Namuun Monkhor was named as the Best Female Boxer of the last edition in 2024 and two of the Hungarians such as Veronika Nakota and Gabor Virban both earned awards one year ago.

March 14, 13:00 – Day4 competition with the women’s finals and men’s semi-finals

March 15, 14:00 – Day5 competition with the men’s finals

March 16 – Departure of the delegations
