The busy Porto Box Cup will be held in April 10-13

Another busy event, the Porto Box Cup will be held in Portugal’s second biggest city between April 10 and 13.

Portugal is very active in the boxing map, the country will have four international competitions in 2025 and among them, the Porto Box Cup starts the year.

The venue of the competition will be the Pavilion Nicolau Nasoni in Porto and the registrations for the event is open until March 1.

The Porto Box Cup will be held for both genders and all of the age groups such as elite, youth, junior, schoolboys. The so-called benjamins are the sub-schoolboys and they have also the right to participate in the Porto Box Cup.

The boxers will be able to compete based on their experiences and number of bouts therefore the local organizers divided the event into A-, B-, and C-classes.

The elite boxers will receive a Porto Box Cup belt next to their gold medals and several specific trophies will be awarded to the best of the bests.

The last edition of the Porto Box Cup delivered strong contests between the participating more than 600 boxers which represented 18 nations and 97 teams.
