Bivol defeats Beterbiev in rematch, becomes undisputed light-heavyweight champion

Dmitrii Bivol (24-1, 12 KOs) is the new undisputed light-heavyweight champion. Bivol defeated Artur Beterbiev (21-1, 20 KOS) in rematch on Saturday night in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia via majority decision.

Two judges saw Bivol as winner (115:113, 116:112) and one scored the fight as draw (114:114). Bivol now holds WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO world title belts.

In the first fight between them in October last year Beterbiev won via majority decision.

A third fight between them is very likely.
