Teofimo Lopez vs. Arnold Barboza Jr on May 2 for WBO title

Teofimo Lopez (21-1, 13 KOs) will defend his WBO World super-lightweight on May 2 in Times Square, New York.

He will face the mandatory challenger Arnold Barboza Jr (32-0, 11 KOs).

Barboza won the right to fight Lopez after split decision victory over Jack Catterall on February this year.

In the same card Ryan Garcia (24-1) will face Rolando Romero (16-2) in a 12-rounder and Devin Haney (31-0) will fight Jose Carlos Ramirez (29-2).
