Jacob Bank defeats Damian Biacho, defends WBO Global title

Danish prodigy Jacob Bank (16-0, 8 KOs) made another step forward defeating on Saturday night in Vejen, Denmark the Spanish challenger Damian Biacho (17-1, 4 KOs) via unanimous decision (98:92, 100:90 and 98:92).

24-year-old defended WBO Global super-middleweight title which he won on November last year.

He is actually number 7 in WBO ranking and is expected to move even further up.

In undercard Ahmad El Ahmad (8-0) defeated Hector Brea (11-2) via unanimous decision and Elias Idrissi (8-0) also got unanimous decision win against Jampier Oses (21-14-1).

Victor Hoveling (7-0) stopped Liridon Alan Ozog (5-2-1) in second round and Melissa Mortensen (4-0) defeated Alba Sanchez (8-3) via unanimous decision.

In other fights of event Gustav Thorsen (5-0) stopped Mourad Omar (11-4) in round two, Mohammed Al Maliki (3-1) defeated Rafael Hernandez (37-27-4) via unanimous decision and Elias Faour (2-0) also got unanimous point victory against Ruben Garcia (6-16-2).
