Xhoxhaj vs. Alev for EBU heavyweight title

Labinot Xhoxhaj (20-0-1, 16 KOs) will defend his EBU heavyweight title against Mourad Aliev (13-0, 10 KOs).

Promoter of Aliev, Ahmet Öner, said that the deal have been reached between teams.

Öner said for “BOXEN1” that there are two possible dates, on May 23 in Zagreb or June 7 in Hamburg.

“We reached a deal with Labinot Xhoxhaj’s team and have the right to organize the fight. We will organize on May 23 in Zagreb or June 7 in Hamburg. Will be an important fight for European boxing!” – Öner said.
