Chen Nien Chin, Wu Shih Yi and Viktoriya Baidukova could be the female stars in the upcoming Boxam Tournament

The new year starts with the Nations Women’s Cup, the Golden Girl Box Cup, the Art of Boxing Cup and the prestigious Boxam Tournament in the European continent.

Spain is active in boxing map with growing business and their prestigious Boxam Elite Tournament for the women and men boxers will take place in the sport city of La Nucia, Alicante region in Spain on February 2-8.

The international pre-training camp will take place in La Nucia between January 25 and February 2 while the Boxam Tournament will feature after that.

Several of the top nations and promising teams, such as Kazakhstan, Chinese Taipei, India, Nigeria, France, Ukraine, Canada, Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, Cape Verde, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Estonia, Switzerland, Denmark, host Spain and many others are planning to compete in the Boxam Tournament.

Chinese Taipei’s Olympics bronze medallist Wu Shih Yi has registered to the training camp and the competition as well. Her compatriot, the World Champion and the Paris Olympics bronze medallist Chen Nien Chin could be also one of the stars of the upcoming Boxam Tournament.

Kazakhstan’s Youth World Champion Yelyanur Turganova is planning to make a big impact among the elite boxers as well and she is one of the favourites at the women’s minimumweight (48kg) in La Nucia.

Her teammate, the Asian U22 Champion Viktoriya Baidukova is not only a beautiful girl but the 21-year-old talent is one of the rising stars in Kazakhstan’s female boxing life.
