Wardley vs. Dubois for WBO World title on May 9

Fabio Wardley (20-0-1, 19 KOs) will defend his WBO World heavyweight title on May 9 in Manchester against former world champion Daniel Dubois (22-3, 21 KOs).

Will be a matchup of KO artists.

Promoter Frank Warren announced the fight on social media on Friday.

For Wardley will be first title defense. He won the WBO Interim World title on October last year stopping Joseph Parker. He was upgraded then to full champion, after Oleksandr Usyk relinquished the belt.
