Xhoxhaj stops Seifkhani in round four, defends EBU title

Labinot Xhoxhaj (22-0-1, 17 KOs) defended his EBU European Heavyweight title for the second time. Xhoxhaj on Saturday night in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany stopped Pezhman Seifkhani (17-2, 12 KOs) in round four.

Xhoxhaj was leading after three rounds then in round four he dropped Seifkhani twice. After the second knockdown Seifkhani was counted out.

Xhoxhaj is aiming to fight for a major world title. He won the EBU title on November 2024, defeating Oleksandr Zakhozhyi by unanimous decision. He defended the title with unanimous decision victory ofer Mourad Aliev on June last year. And on Saturday was his second defense.
