The preliminary competition schedule of the 1st World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event has been published

The preliminary competition schedule of the 1^st World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event has been announced and it has been published on the official website of the competition.

The next event on the Boxing Road to Paris project is the 1^st World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event which will take place in Busto Arsizio, Italy from March 3.

Record number of teams and boxers entered the 1^st World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event to decide the 49 available quotas in North Italy.

The event has a specific competition schedule, the event will be running until the decision of the quotas in all of the 13 weight classes. There are mostly 4 quotas in the weight categories and the competition will run until the quarter-finals in these divisions to decide the Olympic spots for Paris 2024.

The final version of the competition schedule will be completed after the sport entries check on March 2. The Technical Meeting and the Official Draw is planned to be held also on that day before the first competition day.

March 6 – Day4 competition (W60kg, W66kg, W75kg, M51kg, M+92kg)

March 7 – Day5 competition (W54kg, W57kg, W60kg, M63.5kg, M92kg)

March 8 – Day6 competition (W50kg, W57kg, W66kg, M57kg, M80kg)

March 9 – Day7 competition (W54kg, W66kg, W75kg, M63.5kg, M71kg, M92kg, M+92kg)

March 10 – Day8 competition (W50kg, W57kg, M51kg, M57kg, M71kg, M80kg)
