The 76th Strandja Memorial Tournament will be held between February 22 and March 3

The next 76^th Strandja Memorial Tournament will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria between February 22 and March 3 in 2025.

The Strandja Memorial Tournament is the oldest elite tournament in the whole world and the interest to participate in the event is always high.

Boxers who were born between 1985 and 2006 will be eligible to participate in this Strandja Memorial Tournament and the registrations are open for all National Federations until February 1.

The first competition day will be on February 24 in Sofia while the finals are scheduled to be held on March 2.

The next edition of the Strandja Memorial could be a platform to the new talents on their road for the qualifying events in Los Angeles 2028.

The Bulgarian Boxing Federation has professional staff and strong experience how to host big championships and top events every year.

The last 75^th edition of the Strandja Memorial Tournament was a great success in Sofia, Bulgaria and 19 champions celebrated their titles after the final bouts. Altogether 83 women and 178 men boxers participated in the 2024 edition of the Strandja Memorial Tournament.

The traditional event was a preparation event before the 1^st World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event which took place in Busto Arsizio, North Italy after the Strandja Memorial.  

Algeria, Armenia, Austria, host Bulgaria, China, France, Georgia, Greece, Guatemala, India, Iran, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Nigeria, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan were the participating 28 countries in Sofia in 2024. 

Uzbekistan, China, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, India, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Georgia shared the gold medals in the 75^th Strandja Memorial Tournament.
