Moses Itauma destroys McKean, still on path to break Mike Tyson record
Moses Itauma (11-0, 9 KOs) is still on path to break the record of Mike Tyson as youngest heavyweight world champion.
19-year-old Itauma needed only 75 seconds to KO on Saturday night Australia’s, Demsey McKean (22-2).
Itauma dropped McKean twice in the first round of the fight held in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.
Itauma will turn 20 next week and has until 26 May 2025 to break Mike Tyson’s record as the youngest heavyweight world champion.
Fight between Itauma and McKean was for WBO Inter-Continental title.
Itauma is number 6 in WBO ranking, number 14 in IBF, number 37 in WBC ranking and number 10 in WBA ranking.
