Top nations registered to the Brazilian World Boxing Cup
The Brazilians will arrange the first World Boxing Cup in 2025 which will be held in Foz do Iguacu between March 29 and April 6.
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chinese Taipei, France, Germany, Great Britain, Guatemala, Iran, Kazakhstan, Norway, Panama, Poland, United States of America, and Uzbekistan have already registered to the competition.
Brazil earned several medals and titles in the major championships in the previous years and the South American boxing power is among the Top10 nations in the globe currently.
Foz da Iguacu is the city in the Brazilian state in Parana and it is one of the largest waterfalls in the whole world.
The World Boxing Cup is a unique competition and the first stage of the series will be held in Brazil and to be continued in the Czech Republic.
Before the start of the World Boxing Cup, there is a 1-week long opportunity for a joint international training camp in Foz da Iguacu from March 22.
The first competition day of the event is March 30 while the finals are scheduled to be held in Brazil on April 5.
The World Boxing’s previous competitions were held in various countries and the best of the bests met in Sheffield to decide the 13 available titles on November-December 2024.
Host England, Thailand, Brazil, Italy, Japan, Mongolia, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Germany, Wales, Finland and many other top nations were also there in Sheffield to compete against strong rivals a few months ago and the upcoming Brazilian World Boxing Cup stage will be another impressive event.
