Vergil Ortiz Jr. with impressive performance, stops Lubin in round two

Vergil Ortiz Jr. (24-0, 22 KO) stopped Erickson Lubin (27-3) in round two on Saturday night and defended his WBC Interim World super-welterweight title.

For Ortiz Jr. was second title defense of WBC Interim title.

In the same show Darius Fulghum (14-1-1) fought to a majority draw against David Stevens (15-2-1) in 10 round super-middleweight fight. Judges scored the fight (96:94, 95:95 and 95:95).

And Robin Sirwan Safar (19-0) won via unanimous decision against Derick Miller Jr (18-1) in 10 round cruiserweight fight. Judges scored 99:90, 99:90 and 98:91.
