Light-heavy Jean Claude Mifsud, with only three recorded fights, stopped Swede living in Malta for some years, Niclas Elfstedt (14-3-1) who didn’t come out for the eleventh round due to an injured rib. Mifsud (3-0) was ahead on points. This was for the vacant WBU light heavyweight title.
Super-welter Clarence Goyeram (9-0) knocked out Englishman Paul Peers (3-4) in the first round in a fight for the vacant WBU title. Goyeram is from Sweden but has been living in Malta for a few years now. He was an excellent amateur but his progressive in the pros has been slow.
Bridgerweight Brandon Borg (13-2) saw his fight for the vacant WBU title get cancelled due problems with his opponent.
The promoter was Scotsman Scott Dixon and he did battle for the vacant WBU bare knuckle title. No word on the result.
