The European U17 Boxing Championships will begin in Kienbaum next week
One of the last international competitions of 2025, the European U17 Boxing Championships will be held in Kienbaum, Germany between December 8 and 18.
The U17 age group, or previously known as the juniors, means the 2009 and 2010 born boxers, they are eligible to participate in Kienbaum.
Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, England, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Turkey and Ukraine are the 29 registered nations in the competition.
Germany arranged several big events in the recent years including the 2017 edition of the World Boxing Championships in Hamburg, the Brandenburg Youth Cup every year and the famous Cologne Boxing World Cup.
The arrival day for the competition is December 8, the first competition day is December 10 while the finals will take place on December 17.
The Event Hall in Kienbaum is the competition venue, while the Sport Center Kienbaum, the Haus am Werlsee and the Business Hotel Gruenheide are the accommodation options.
