Pena vs. Hanabusa for WBO Inter-Continental title this Saturday in Bern
Angelo Pena (9-0, 6 KOs) will fight this Saturday in Mobiliar Arena, Bern against Japan’s Hiroki Hanabusa (13-2-5) for WBO Inter-Continental super-featherweight title.
It will be biggest test in Pena’s career.
Pena is motivated for the fight. He trained for the fight in USA.
“I don’t have time to lose. In two years I want to become a world champion”, Pena said.
In co-main event of the show promoted by Leander Strupler will fight Christopher Mouafo (9-1) will fight Philippines Jonniel Laurente for WBO Global lightweight title.
“It’s a dream come true for me. It will be the biggest fight of my career. I waited long for this and worked hard. I’m very happy”, Mouafo said.
In the same event Ramadan Hiseni (19-1-2) will fight Eugeniusz Makarczuk (10-0) in a 10 round middleweight fight.
Georgi Svechev (3-0) will face Alexandru Crasnitchii (5-7-1) in a 6 round light-heavyweight fight and Simon Vollmer (5-0) will be up against Tzemal Houseinoglou (4-7-2) in a 6 round super-lightweight fight.
