Sanchez, Okruashvili, Arndell and Igbinovia made the show in Benidorm today

The final line-ups are all set at the junior and youth part of the Boxam Tournament in Benidorm today.

Spain’s Rodrigo Sanchez is a great talent in the sport and he dictated a fantastic tempo against Mexico’s Gael Valdez and after his impressive performance in Benidorm, he will now meet for the title of the junior featherweight (57kg) with Mexico’s Jose De La Cruz.

Georgia’s Beka Okruashvili knocked out his opponent at the quarter-finals of the lightweight (60kg) and he looked highly confident against Spain’s Aitor Gomez-Espinoza therefore he will face for the title with France’s David Harutyunyan.

Bulgaria’s southpaw Antonio Botsev had great right-handed hooks and he defeated Mexico’s Alan Martinez in their light middleweight (70kg) meeting.

Netherlands’ Samir Arndell is a superb puncher despite his age of 15 but he had a hard tactical job against Georgia’s Yuri Grigoryan, a 15cm taller boxer. The Dutch prodigy was patient this time, he tried to find the gaps on the Georgian defence and he finally he succeeded which means that he can compete for the title of the middleweight (75kg) against Daniel Garcia of Spain.

Spain’s Efosa Igbinovia and France’s Warren Tchoffo both have excellent international results and they had to meet already in the semi-finals. The Spaniard had to box over his previous limit to beat the French opponent and he will now face Ukraine’s Rostyslav Vityk for the title of the 80kg.

Spain’s Ayoub El Mousaoui worked well in the previous stages of the Boxam but he lost to Portugal’s Rhenan Silva at the youth 55kg. Silva made a fantastic second and third rounds but he can expect a hard final against Adam Kasmaoui of Spain.

Mexico’s tough Marcos Castaneda and his compatriot, Mateo Lavariega managed their pathways to the final of the youth 60kg.
