A few hours after Jermell Charlo relinquished his super-welterweight IBF World title, the sanctioning body has designated the two highest ranked boxers, German Jack Culcay (33-4-0) and unbeaten Russian, Bakram Murtazaliev (21-0-0) to fight for vacant title. The negotiation had already begun between the representatives of both boxers, Agon Sports and Main Events.
